Dear readers,

We would like to go to the beach for a week. Flooding has been reported in Hua Hin. Do you know what the rest of the south is like? We would like to stay somewhere between Hua Hin and Krabi for a week.

Thank you in advance.

Download the Accuweather app and enter the city you are looking for.

Between Hua Hin and Krabi, that is the region where I live: Chumphon province. There has been no storm here at all, a bit more wind than normal but no abundant rains. So nothing going on here.

Check out Thung Wualean Beach in Saphli.

Flooding is now over in Hua Hin. Know this because I'm leaving from here to NL tomorrow morning. Are there still some small problems on the way to BKK. That's why we leave tomorrow morning (November 25) an hour earlier for the airport.

I came to Chumphon from Bangkok by car today. In Petchaburi there was a serious delay due to the flooded (both directions) Petkassem rd. The water comes from a collecting reservoir that overflows and is therefore drained. Could be a few more days there. Driving very slowly it was possible to get through.

I live in Cha am, I was in Hua hin yesterday and everything is ok now, I think now we are coming in the best weather, not too hot and windy and no more rain, no more storm.
