Home » Reader question » Reader question: How do I get a TM7 application form for Thai marriage visa?
Dear readers,
Member of the club since today and was wondering, how do I get an application form TM7? Required for the application of the Thai marriage visa.
With many thanks.
Regards,
Eric from Kalasin
Just google it and you would have known: you can download this TM7 from http://immigrationbangkok.com/thailand-immigration-forms/
For example, you can download that form here: https://www.thai888.com/new-tm7-tm8-forms-from-thai-immigration-2017/
Thank you. Now I also have the new versions. Was told the last time I was still using the old version.
Until they tell you to use their version.
The same form, but at the top right is the name of their immigration office.
In that area, Bangkok is easy…. no name, and actually no problem to obtain an extension. You'll be out in about 1 hour.
You can download almost all TM forms. Look at bottom link.
http://immigrationbangkok.com/thailand-immigration-forms/
And if the download fails .
Just visit an immigration office of the Thai immigration and there are many for the taking.
Otherwise , you can also fill in the form there on the day of application , because you and your spouse must also register with immigration .
Jan Beute.
Eric from Kalasin.
Welcome.
Whether it is a club … but I understand what you mean.
Enjoy it.
I see 2 different TM 07 forms one with 1900 Bath to pay and the other not which one is the new one.
I used this one in Bangkok last month.
https://www.immigration.go.th/download/1486547929418.pdf
Comes from the Immigration Website
https://www.immigration.go.th/download/
See under no. 14
By the way, each renewal is 1900 Baht. Whether it's a 30 day, 90 day or a year.
Just this.
Remember to print form TM 7 recto/verso. If not, you run the risk of being rejected.
First time reading recto/verso. Had to look it up and I've been reading a lot since I was young. In Dutch, I think recto/verso is double-sided, so printed on 1 sheet of paper.
Recto/Verso. Print on both sides of the sheet and do not use 2 separate sheets.
The TM7 form consists of a total of 2 pages.
In some immigration offices, for whatever reason, it will be refused if it is printed on 2 separate sheets. Think it depends more on the IMO than this is a regulation.
That is why the tip is to print it recto/verso immediately.
Oh, I didn't know either. always used 2 papers. Well, next time on 1 paper
Also saves trees
nicole,
It's more of a general tip, as I was told some people could go back and fill it out again. I think it's a waste of your waiting time.
But if you have submitted it before on 2 pages in your immigration office, and they accept it, then no problem.
