Renew Thai driving license in another city?
Dear readers,
Can I renew my driver's license in a city other than where I got it? Got my car and motorcycle driver's license in Phitsanulok, don't live there anymore and want to renew my driver's license in Khon Kaen next year, is this possible or do I have to renew in Phitsanulok?
I have already had a 5 year extension in Phitsanulok, was still married at the time, but am now divorced.
Thanks in advance.
Regards,
Co
best co
I think it's possible in Khon Kean
You need a home address, which you can obtain at immigration in the area where you live.
And a health statement
good luck Bob
Well, why not? It's a Thai driver's license, not from some region.
Dear Co,
This is simply possible.
The same goes for driver's licenses, etc.
You can do this at the relevant office as you do in your own city or municipalities.
Yours faithfully,
Erwin
I live in Chiang Mai wanted to renew my driver's license in another city that was not possible had to do it in Chiang Mai
Dear Jamro
It's clear to you that you have to do it in your place of residence.
I also inform Co that he must obtain a residential address at the immigration of the region where he lives (I assume that is Khon Kean).
So you are bound to chiang mai because you officially live there.
