Dear readers,

Last year I would like to make a condo or apartment. After reading many comments on forums from Airbnb members, among others, that you rent from an owner through them. Only the negativity has put me off. Like, for example, being blamed afterwards for damage that was not there. Or arrive and then be told that what you would have arranged is not available. Or that it does not look at all as shown in photos. And so forth. And nobody wants to experience this possible hassle during their holiday stay, right? And there will certainly be people who are satisfied with Airbnb.

Now I appeal again to holidaymakers who rent condo apartments directly from the Thai owner himself. Or like hotel providers. In Jomtien Beach and Pattaya are there direct providers of Condo/Apartment rental for duration of 26 days?

  • In front of Jomtien Beach, near Thappraya Road and Soi 1 to Soi 7
  • For Pattaya, near Soi Buakow or Naklua not far from Soi 6

Normally until now only reserved hotels like Sutus Court Hotel.

I haven't been to Jomtien itself yet. There would be quieter in Jomtien Beach than in Pattaya.

Is there anyone here who can send me in or help me out here?

Regards,

Thaiaddict73

Not a problem normally. But the period is important and to work according to the law you have to book 29 nights. Whether you stay there or not is irrelevant. I rent 2 apartments in your desired area in Jomtien. Located between dongtan bech and Tappraya road. 48m2 fully equipped.
photos available on request. [email protected]

Hi Dic73, I have forwarded your call to a friendly NL doctor, who also lives in Jomtien and also rents out a condo for short and long term, beautiful studio on the 1st floor, directly on the sea, between soi 5 and 12, good luck

    Hi no…. 73
Of course there are apps for rent per month. Also a hotel, etc. will really give you a better price if you book for a month.
But yes 26 days is just a month
Yes, a lot cheaper than, for example, 30 or 31 times 400-1000 per night. Even if you only stay there for 26 days
    Logical anyway
    Gr Peter
