Test & Go: self-test on day 5, how does that work?
Dear readers,
Are there people who have experience with the self-test on the fifth day after the (negative) PCR test on the day of arrival. Do you receive the self-test on arrival or do you have to bring it yourself?
And how is this registered? Do you have to upload this yourself in the Morchana app? How do you prove that that self-test is yours?
Regards,
Berbod

Self-test done on day 5, but registration impossible for me and my wife.
After a few days my wife succeeds.
As far as I'm concerned a big failure and a way to rake in some money.
Hey Berbod, bring your own self-test or buy it here. I arrived here 1 with and on the first day of each test, the employees in the sha+ hotel where I was staying took photos of all my documents with my own phone and sent them via WhatsApp to a nurse's number. The 5th day was no longer necessary for me for pace, but a self-test. Did that on day 5 and since I was less than a kilometer from the hotel, I went back with it. They couldn't tell me much there either, since I couldn't upload it in the morchana app either. Employee told me to take a picture of it and save it on my phone. I also sent the photo to the nurse's no and that was the end of it. (I hope) You don't really have to expect help for the 2nd test. But yes, this was my experience, perhaps it is different at another hotel. By the way, I was at green park resort in pattaya.
Hope you can do something with this. Regards, Michael
Got self test when taking PCR, done self test and photo taken of result along with passport and was forwarded by the hotel to somewhere and I got paper proof at check out.
There is no control, so fraud is very easy, the system is as leaky as a sieve.
No idea how you can upload it yourself in the Morchana app. that no one asks about.
Is an app that serves as contact tracing.
Approximately after a week, you will receive a message in your Mochana app upon notification, asking you to upload the photo of your self-test, asking for the lab number, I have only put a number there myself, the Add the date of the test and upload the photo, the color of your QR will change to green.
Unfortunately, that message only remains for a very short time, but when you press the circular arrows, the message appears again.
I did the self-test myself and took a picture of it. Via the morchana app you will receive a message that you have to take a test with a link. Open this link and enter that you took the test on such and such a date. And enter negative. Then you can upload your photo on the photo box. Then your morchana app changes to green.
An acquaintance flew from Singapore to Thailand and was given a self-test at the airport. I myself flew from Cambodia and did not get it. We both tried to put the result of a self-test in the Morchana App. Despite enquiries, this turned out not to be possible. Heard nothing further.
The Best
The self-test was done by me on day 6
I received a link through the app
With this link I could upload the photo and done
And if you didn't receive a link, take a photo with date
Greetings Dirk
Although I am not in favor of it, I downloaded the Mor Chana app because of the self-test on day 5 and completing it went well until I entered the QR code of The Thailand Pass. I keep seeing Invalid Thailand Pass information. Could it be that the Thailand Pass has not yet been processed? I received the Thailand Pass since the beginning of this week. Or is the Mor Chana app done?
Do I actually need the Mor Chana Pass to report the result of the self-test or are there other options that are good? Kind regards, Rijnberk.
The self-test must be included in the test & go 1st day package. That is a condition for obtaining the Thailand pass.
That's right, this comment is 100% correct!
