SHA hotel booking by maiden name?
Dear readers,
We, a married couple, booked a hotel in Bangkok (SHA), but I have a different name than my husband (kept my maiden name).
How does that work with proof of reservation for a SHA hotel, only my name is on the hotel reservation?

You can also send your marriage booklet with the papers that you must e-mail to the hotel.
Copy of the marriage certificate or other proof of living at the same address.
That's enough for the hotel.
The hotel asked for copies of both of our passports. Then we got our SHABA PLUS certificates.
