Home » Reader question » Reader question: Home wanted for three months in Pattaya or Naklua
Dear readers,
I want to spend 3 months (December, January and February) with my husband in Pattaya, preferably in Naklua, but it can also be in the Pattaya area. It must be a cozy environment with restaurants and shops, so not in a remote moo job.
We are looking for an apartment / house with a kitchen and at least 2 bedrooms and bathrooms, so that friends can also come and stay.
I've already searched the internet, but usually we have to rent for at least half a year.
Tips are very welcome.
Thanks in advance!
Greetings,
henny
Jomtien 8th floor paradise park resort
Request photos by email [email protected]
Hello Henny,
I still have a nice condo available during that period.
You can reach me at [email protected]
Kind regards, Frank
Dear, I live in Naklua and can help you with advice and search for what you want, I myself rent apartments with one, two and four bedrooms on the seafront in the south of Pattaya.
Dear Christian. Thanks for your comment. Can you send me more information? [email protected]
How much can it cost?
Dear Henny. Up to 40.000 baht. Regards, Henny 🙂
dear henry
I live on Naklua Road, email me [email protected]
happy day.
Peter Yai
Well in a nice job. (NOT remote, walking distance 500M beach)
Coming from Jomtien Beach Road, turn onto Thanon Chaiyaphruek. Just before the intersection with Sukhumvit Road you can enter an area on the left (next to the Apple Bar) which is guarded by a madam/sir and barriers.
There are several houses on this site, for rent from 2 months. Prices start around 20.000 baht, up to 50.000 / 60.000 for the better homes.
Dear Hendrik. Thanks for the information. I will pass it on to my son and daughter-in-law in Bangkok, so they can go there and have a look.
Condo available in Jomtien in the Jomtien beach condominium complex.
Pattaya City, Bang Lamung District, Chon Buri 20150, Thailand.

Eh mentioned condominium is in the first flat and is NOT offered through the blog originator so only through Jiratchaya
Have a look at the Blog. In and on the grounds free use of large swimming pool, fitness room. There is a pool room, table tennis, and shops for daily needs. To the beach Jomtien Beach 10 minutes walk
Dear Rori. Thanks for your comment. I checked the blog, looks good. However, Jomtien is not our first choice and 50.000 is above our budget. But I keep the data in reserve. Kind regards, Henry
I have an apartment in Naklua (new) with swimming pool and fitness for 25.000 baht per month, but because you stay 3 months 22.000 baht per month (photos on request) 5 minutes from the sea. e-mail address: [email protected]
Best regards,
Eddy
Dear Henry,
My friend has several beautiful condos in Naklua and Pattaya.
You can contact us via: [email protected]
He can certainly help you further.
Yours faithfully,
Joshua.
Dear Joshua. When I contact your friend, will the language be Dutch or English? Kind regards, Henry
Have an apartment or one bedroom is very well located in soi aruna Thai, is only a bed but is very nice
Dear Rudy. Thank you for your response, but we still really want 2 bedrooms. Kind regards, Henry
Henry. Have you viewed the blog? Furthermore, I think you have a vague idea where the apartment is. Pattaya is nearby. With the step taxi barely 15 minutes. There is also much to do and see in the area. ao. and that is definitely recommended the aquarium and you will certainly forget all the facilities in the complex ..
It's really for the lucky few.
Okay, there are also studios where a lot of Russians and English people bivacate, but they are usually in flat B and C, not in A.
Greetings and make a good choice. Just ask Jiratchaya for more info and pictures of her condominium. The living room is a small 36 m2 and the master bedroom is also something like that. Actually, the bedroom is normally a studio.
Furthermore, the Tresco and the Big C are a short distance away as well as the makro, not to mention the 7-eleven
regards
You can stay in our house for 15.000 baht / month. 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, living room, kitchenette, air conditioning. Simple house in a residential area with nice observant (farang) neighbors. With carport/terrace and front garden. Ideal for sitting outside in the evening.
Everything is easily accessible with a moped.
goodbye,
kris
Dear Kris. Thanks for your comment. It sounds good, seems like a nice house, but we are looking for a place with 2 bathrooms. Kind regards, Henry
