Reader question: Looking for a second home to them (Bang Saray)
Dear readers,
With my Thai girlfriend I am looking for a second residence by the sea, more specifically Bang Saray (15 km from Pattaya). The second residence should not have the allure of a villa.
If someone can help me, thanks in advance because real estate websites don't seem that reliable to me.
Regards,
Patrick
Dear Patrick,
What kind of house do you have in mind?
What price range are you looking for?
real estate websites do you mean that you do not want to pay a commission?
haha I'm Dutch and they are known as people who don't spend too much, but if it is the case then a Belgian also wants to sit first class for a dime.
Do have a house in Bang saray on the sukhumvit but probably a bit too big for what you are looking for.
Dear Th NL;
Can you please contact me about your house for sale. Am also looking for a house in this area! I am currently renting a large house. Response is allowed by email: [email protected]
Mvg, Andre
Dear Patrick, wouldn't it be a better idea to travel to Thailand for a holiday, more specifically to Nang Saray to look around with your Thai girlfriend to see what's for sale?
Bang Saray is more south of Pattaya than 15 km. Rather 25 kilometers and a building on the beach will cost quite a bit. Then you are already late. The flats and homes range from about 3.5 million to more than 15.000.000 baht. On the beach near the pier, there are still a few homes for sale for about 8 million baht. It is best to take a pulse on the spot, because you cannot decide such a thing from a folder or on the instructions of Jan and everyman.
Hi Patrck, we have a house for sale near Bang Saray. Mail us in more detail what you are looking for and I can send you information and photos.
Email to: [email protected]
Regards,
Dear Patrick,
I may have a house for your interest (this house belongs to my wife's sister).
The house is also 15 km outside of Pattaya in the same area.
The house has three bedrooms, kitchen, outside kitchen, twice a shower and a driveway in front
two cars.
Everything on the ground floor in a vila neighborhood near a military base where you can rent for a small fee
can enjoy a private beach.
It is for sale but, just to be sure, I will ask if it has not been sold.
I'll come back to this.
Yours faithfully,
Erwin
