Reader question: Real estate agency area Pattaya/Jomtien
Dear readers,
Does anyone know of a real estate agency near Pattaya/Jomtien where people can be helped in Dutch and which has a good reputation?
Thanks.
Regards,
Ronald (BE)
Hallo,
There is a Belgian who is in real estate, Bobby Vanleeuw, he has Thaibelrealestate, maybe he can help you.

Dear Ronald,
My name is Jan, I am a Dutchman who has been living in Thailand (Pattaya / Jomtien) for 20 years.
If you are looking for the best service for the purchase or sale of a Condo or house or land, but also for cheap and beautiful rental properties, it is best to contact Belle or Joshua of 888pattaya Co.,Ltd.
They do everything for their customers, to make the whole process as easy and stress free as possible, and they speak several languages: Dutch, German, English, Chinese and Thai.
Their office is located at Naklua soi 18 , Tel: 09-09274512 – 0800141980.
I myself had a very good experience with this company when I bought something from them and wanted to sell it again after 5 years!!
Best regards,
John from Maastricht

Dear Ronald,
You don't indicate what you want exactly, buy, sell or rent?
But don't expect too much from the real estate agents in and around Pattaya.
I can tell from my experience that the most respected real estate agents I visited last year with a foreign owner, you will still be sent out with a Thai employee. These employees lack the ability to identify needs and wishes, and commercial skills are also completely lacking. In practice, this means that when you go to view properties there are no keys, you will see other properties discussed and if you have a Thai partner, the conversation will be in Thai and the broker will only speak to the Thai. Now my Thai is reasonable but I am surprised that people can not even determine who is actually the decision maker in the process.
There is no follow-up after the viewing.
Subsequently, the information that people have about the property is limited and they can answer few questions that you have.
So far if you want to buy or sell something.
If you want to rent something, you can do so through a broker, but keep in mind that the broker receives 1000 THB or more per month in commission. Renting directly from the owner can therefore be cheaper.
If possible, keep as much in your own hands as possible is my advice.
Is there an email address available for Belle of Joshua from 888 Pattaya.co?
Dear Ronald,
Belle and Joshua's email address is: [email protected]
