Dear readers,

Does anyone know a notary in the Netherlands who is also aware of or has experience with Thai law regarding inheritance?

Thanks in advance.

Sincerely,

Dirk

I'm afraid it can't be found. are you sure you need a Dutch notary? Or do you need a Dutch notary to know when Dutch law and Thai law apply. I'm going to assume that it's about inheritance law. In the latter case, it is indeed better to engage a Dutch civil-law notary. But they only know when NL or Thai law applies. Not HOW the taise right is put together.
You probably also know that Thailand does not have notaries like in the Netherlands. A number of lawyers also have the title 'notary public', but that is an endorsement, extra course, in addition to the legal training. But that title does not give a special position to let me call it government actions. Such as selling homes, concluding a marriage contract, etc
