Dear readers,

Can I acquire a property in leasehold with my Belgian company? What does leasehold mean concretely for the “Belgian company”?

Regards,

Autumn

  1. January says up

leasehold is the leasing of something, house or land, or the like.
If you want to do that in Thailand , you must comply with Thai law .
But no one knows what you're talking about now.
More info desired, otherwise ask a Thai, lawyer.
or consult the internet , or the Thai embassy in your country.
