    IF you can, then:
    only the somewhat larger ones with counter service used to have a sign for it, but it may be that it is now universal
    it assumes sufficient knowledge in Thai, especially with you
    AND it is only possible for SOME bus lines, those of the BoKoSo=state bus and of the prestigious NakornChaiAir, only 1st class (blue bus). BKS runs many lines together with the local entrepreneur and it gets a bit fuzzy. Most cities / provinces also have a multitude of bus operators and most of them don't do that fashionable modern stuff of online etc.
    Attention! NCA has its own bus station a bit further than the BKS in MOchit!
    Furthermore, I think-my knowledge dates from the last visit pre-corona, that if it is possible nowadays it is probably also possible via LINE on your fone or www. Most Thais only book/reservation and then pay at the bus station. This is partly because online safe payment in TH still does not work or is accepted very well and if it does, it is relatively expensive in costs.

    Just go to Mo Chit North Bus Station. Indeed, Nakorn Chai Air has its own terminal. Look and compare.

    You can book bus tickets online in any hotel that you want to help, or even online in an internet cafe.
    Have a look at the link below;

    No. You can pay them there within 3 hours after the telephone or online booking.

    Have a look at the website above.

    By the way, I don't recognize much of the comment of "maybe" ocer online payment in Thailand. I am often amazed at the many payment options that are offered here. I have only positive experiences.
