I am looking for a rental house on Koh Chang or on the coast from Trat to the Cambodian border.
It concerns a lease term of 5 to 10 years.

You do not indicate what kind of house you are looking for (how many rooms or whatever).
You could contact the Klong Prao Resort on Koh Chang. A few years ago, it built houses on the main road, which are available for rent and some of which are (ir)regularly empty. It is reported that the resort is now also busy building something habitable just off the main road.
