Dear readers,
We are Ben and Lenie 67 and 64 years old. We are looking for an address to spend the winter in Thailand. For three months from November 27, 2014 to February 26, 2015.
We are looking for something close to the beach, 1 room, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom and a kitchenette. Balcony is also nice. Preferably with a sea view.
Preferably in the Cha-am area or south of Hua-hin. Our budget: 8.000 to 10.000 Bath per month.

Know a good address for renting houses in hua hin. Owner is Dutch living in Hua Hin.

On the site that I received from you there are beautiful accommodations, but the prices that Ben and Lenie are talking about are per week and not per month.
It seems almost impossible to find something for that price per month anyway.
If you find something nice for that amount, watch out because it could be a scam.
So first google properly if you come across such a site.
In Cha-am there is still a lot to rent for little .. and if you go for a longer period ... then even more so.

If you are looking for something and someone tells you that it is easy to find in the area, it will not help you as a searcher. That's how I read this comment and it doesn't make any sense to me personally.
Unfortunately I cannot give any advice for Hua Hin, but if it is allowed near Pattaya, you can contact us. We live in Pattaya Tropical Village (a village where mainly foreigners live) and have a room (25 m2) with separate bathroom where we welcome Belgians and Dutch people.
