Dear readers,

Are there any Belgians who can provide me with the correct e-mail address of the Belgian National Pensions Office to send my life certificate to? I have 3 different addresses myself but none of them work. After 24 hours I get a message from Google, failure cannot deliver mail.

Thanks in advance.

Regards,

Reginald

    [email protected]

I use this via Yahoo or Hotmail because I can then enter attachments and the mypension app is more limited.

    or this one: [email protected]

with reference to life certificate service, can also be done directly via mypension via the contact option,

If it still doesn't work, there is something wrong with Google mail, use another mail option

    Dear Reginald,

    [email protected]

this is, as David H writes, the email address mentioned on the life certificate form itself. I've been using it for years and it works without any problem.
Why don't you mention in your question where you sent it? This way people can immediately see whether you are using a correct or incorrect address. Now it's just guessing what could be wrong or is that the intention?

      Hello Lung Addie.
All addresses that You and other persons send me
I had already used all the messages I had sent so far to send the life proof,
      Niels gives worked so far.
      Anyway, thanks for everyone's help.

I am not Belgian, but if you want to know anything in the future about contact options regarding your Belgian pension, just look on Google. I think below is the correct link.

    Hallo,

Why not email your family or friend. He can print it in an envelope and send it by registered mail to the right pension provider.

    Regards Anthony

The easiest way is to scan the form on e-Box after logging in with your ID card

I've seen somewhere that you have to confirm your email beforehand through their website
    some kind of pre-registration??

    Dear Reginald,

Here's the info you need. Normally, the address is at the bottom of the form you need to return: National Pensions Office
    South Tower
    B-1060 Brussels
    Belgium.
This information therefore comes from a BELGIAN and not from a northern neighbour.
    Regards and good luck!

I received a letter from the pension service last week and it contains two e-mail addresses:
    [email protected] en [email protected]
phone from abroad +32.78.15.1765 [paid] then press 1-1-7810

    regards

      Dear Rene,
you have received a letter from the 'pension service' but it is NOT the 'life certificates service'. A life certificate should be sent to the 'Life Certificates Service' and not simply to the 'Pension Service'.
After all, 'Socfis' is the service for Social and Tax Deductions and has nothing to do with life certificates.

      @Paul:
Here's the info you need. Normally, the address is at the bottom of the form you need to return: National Pensions Office

This is the address for the paper version of the life certificate. The questioner wants to do it by 'email'. The address for the electronic version is in the TOP LEFT of the life certificate form.
