Reader question: Condo wanted in Pattaya
Dear readers,
My husband and I are looking for a condo in Pattaya. Period mid-June 2020 to mid-December 2020. We like to be home during the holidays.
Preferably a condo on Beach road view talay 6 or the Riviera on Naklua Wong Amat. A condo of about 40 m2 because it is for 6 months anyway, and with option for the following years.
Hopefully we get a lot of response.
thanks in advance
Greetings,
Eddy and Brigitte (BE)
Can you give me your email address and I will send info.
[email protected]
Hello Eddy and Brigitte,
For longer stays, VT6 is indeed an excellent location.
Have stayed in VT6 and VT2 many times over the past 12 years.
If you are interested, please contact Tik.
She arranges things together with her American husband.
Always received good service from them, if desired a motorbike is also available.
In addition to the location, very satisfied with the well-maintained condos, high-speed internet and the luxury they offer.

Greetings, Rob.
You can easily book a condo via booking.com
(well-known companies are Honey's vsix .. prices do not differ much; I rented from honey's ; this also has a few corner condos, very nice and large).
You can also go there on spec; there are more companies that rent out on the 1st floor of view talay ( floor where you walk in ) .
I have also rented some (for a short time) a few times; many of the apartments are rented to tourists and part-time expats/pesionados.
The apartments are nice and spacious ( most do not have a separate bedroom , but have a sitting area with a sofa ) . Small disadvantage it can be very busy at the lifts , and the swimming pool is also used by many people . it sometimes happens that there is no free lounger .
i am talking about view talay 6 😉 .. the building next to central
