Can registration via TM 30 also be done via App?
Dear readers,
A few days ago I read a message on the (German) Thai Ticker in Der Farang that currently in the province of Ubon Ratchathani the registration of guests etc. by landlord/landlord could also be done via an App.
My questions:
- Can someone confirm this?
- Does anyone have actual experience with this?
It was stated that other immigration offices were also recommended to use this system.

I installed the app on my IPAD and Android phone (that went smoothly). But to continue you need a password and username.
To get it you must first register on the website (https://extranet.immigration.go.th/fn24online/) as a house/condo owner (if there are other possibilities, I'd like to hear about it).
Almost a month ago I registered my condo in Bankok on this website (including downloading copy Chanote, Passport and blue house book). I received an email confirmation but have been waiting weeks for approval. Should take 7 days according to the info on the website but …… TIT.
You should receive a username and password after approval.
Has anyone received approval for their home/condo in Bangkok yet?

Because it has been taking so long with CW immigration, I have tried to register my 2nd condo in Cha-am out of pure frustration after the above message. To my surprise, I immediately received the user ID and password within a few hours (long live Petchaburi immigration). These work on both the website and the app (android version)
Unfortunately (as usual) both the website and the app are far from user friendly and not intuitive. Partly in Thai and English. Choice menus in Thai while the app is set to English. On the app only enter your date of birth via the selection menu where you go back in time per month (MAW if you are 60 60 x 12 = 720 clicks on the previous month!!!!!!).
I'm going to the Netherlands next week and want to register me and my family on the site when I return (within 24 hours) so that hopefully we won't have any problems with extension or stay extension in October. Might now only cause problems if I send my details just before departure.
I downloaded this app Immigration eServices
With this you could register yourself and later make the TM 30 report yourself. I've looked into it but haven't tried it myself, so I don't know if it works. If you try it and it works, please let us know on Thailandblog.
Have a login and password from the 'regular' site, but can't log in to the app with it...
