may we also know which insurance company is involved and what is the amount they are unwilling to pay. It is important for the possible appointment of a good lawyer.
things like mentioning names are not a good idea. In Thailand you have to deal with a defamation (slander) lawsuit for nothing. my advice is to exchange that information via private messages or private email

Welcome to the Thai health insurance companies. Isn't that normal? You're an overpriced customer, so you get kicked out.
I wish you good luck with your attempts, also with a (reliable) lawyer, to get some baht out of it. With a ticket in the Thai lottery you will have better luck winning the main prize there than seeing some money from that company.
