I can't reach THAI Airways?
Dear readers,
Have a ticket to BKK on January 29, 2022. Due to the abolition of the Test&Go program, I cannot fly. Now I want a voucher from Thai Airways or another date to fly. The two telephone numbers where you could reach Thai Airways are simply off! I don't get an answer to email.
Anyone good advice?
Ticket bought online at Thai Airways Belgium.
Regards,
Kidney

{[email protected]} already tried?
Bedankt,
Go give it a try.
Had the same problem but solved!
mail to : [email protected] (in the English language)
telephone in Belgium closed!
with request to cancel flight of 29 January due to stoppage
stop and go
Got this answer:
Dear,
Due to the temporary suspension of Thailand Pass we can offer FREE REBOOKING on the same routing until 30jun22 ( travel completed by 30jun22 )
Dear,
Thai Airways Brussels has long since removed the telephone number.
Only available via e-mail, in my case it took at least 1,5 weeks to receive a response.
I had also requested to fly at a later time but was only possible until the beginning of March 2022.
I would fly on 01 January 2022.
Then canceled and with the result that you will be told casually that they will not be refunding due to chapter 11 for the time being.
Yours faithfully,
Andre
Hallo,
Correct link…works fine.
I have the same for no connection count and on email only confirmation with the usual explanation "corona this and corona that" or "Your email has been received.
During COVID-19 procedures for ticket changes
Please rest assured that your email will be responded as soon as possible.
We would like to ask for your kind cooperation not to send a duplicate email.
This is already from 07 December.
In November I had booked a flight with Thai from Brussels to BKK through a booking office.
Because the communication with that booking office did not go according to plan, I also found out that the offices in Belgium were not occupied.
But it is a small effort and for little cost to call the office in Bangkok via Skype, so it happened and I was able to get my flight confirmed that way.
Via Skype you can call anywhere with a small credit, in my case 10 Euro.
