Dear readers,

We would like to rent a house in Hua Hin, preferably not an apartment. We want to stay there for at least 1 – 3 years. Do you have tips or advice? We hear so many different additional things now. Also about prices and conditions.

Perhaps you can help us on our way? We have been coming to Thailand since 1991, on average 3 months a year.

Regards,

John and Jacqueline

I would say ... take a look at the site of Rosse Immobiliën.

    Run by Martin Rosse.

They have a lot of rental properties in their database.

Their office is located on Petchakasem Road….about 40 meters from Soi 88

    Success…

Hi, we once took a house from anke colijn. Was great and affordable. Through http://www.beststayinthailand.com
You can also google her name. Good luck!

    Look up http://www.propertyhuahin.net/ .

My advice is to first rent a home for a short term, for example a month, and take a good look around during that month.

    John and Jacqueline good afternoon,

We have a new house for long term rent in Resort “The Emerald” Huahin.
If you are interested, we would like to hear from you.
An extensive description of the house is also available on MP.

You will receive all the necessary advice, but I do not want to withhold it from you.
If you are already planning to settle for 1 to 3 years, get a hotel for 1 or 2 months.
Go drive around Hua Hin and have a look. You save yourself quite a bit of money.
Many well-intentioned intermediate stations often only cost you more money.
And a watertight contract hardly exists, so.
    I wish you both success.

Very wise to sit in a hotel for the first time, you can look calmly and do not make hasty decisions. “hasty haste is seldom good.” Gr Rob

It is striking that the long-term rental price of homes in Hua Hin and the surrounding area is so much more expensive than in Pattaya and the surrounding area! The rental prices in Pattaya East, Huay Yai, Ban Amphur, Bang Saray, etc. are almost half of the rental prices charged in the Hua Hin region! In short, perhaps worth considering?
