Reader question: How can I get a condo or house in Hua Hin for around 10.000 baht p/m
Dear readers.
I want to settle in Hua Hin in June 2015. Are there people who know how I can get a condo or house for around 10.000 baht per month.
Two or three rooms is enough I'm alone.
With kind regards,
Fontok60
Dear Fontok,
In Thailand there is a website promothai.com where you can offer homes (both private and broker). There are various houses for rent.
Greetings Nico
Take a look at AIRBNB I would say, there is enough for rent in Hua-hin, only the price of 10.000 will be difficult, after all it is a tourist place, and then the price is always higher than average.
Reliable, I know, are:
http://www.huahinpropertyagent.com/
http://buyhousehuahin.com/
and also http://thailandwoonland.nl/ .. it also has rentals .. but you will have to ask.
Condochain Hua Hin (you can google it).. is a large building with many rooms .... you could also inquire.
But I think you can just take a hotel first, then you get to know some people and then it will come naturally.
Call 0066 81 9959468. Not furnished. They want 12.000 a month. Can be discussed if rented for a longer period of time.
Incidentally, I do remember a studio of 52 sqm for rent, including kitchen in the center of Hua-hin, but that can be rented for 18.000 thb / month. Just let us know if you are interested.

Well Fonto60, that is a very tight budget for 2 or 3 rooms. For that price you might find a room at the back of a soi, far from the center. I live in Cha-Am in a condo and am always interested in a house: I found something, such a typical Thai residence: cement floors, an untiled 'bathroom' with a squat toilet and a tap with a shower, a 'kitchen' outside under the roof, furnishing: none, in a neighborhood, well… And the Thai think it's a lot and so is their price. If they don't get it, they prefer to leave it empty.
I hope for your sake that others have a more positive idea and that your expectations are not too high. Good luck.
Take a look on the internet at: Hua Hin Finder
Dear,
We have a furnished condo for rent.
The building has a swimming pool and fitness room. Is not far from ko takiab beach.
For more information email to [email protected]
Best regards,
Jeez

Nail on the head…if you rent for a long time…you can rent for less. Then the landlord has a tenant high/low/whatever season. I do too. Has also been there for 2 years and every year I go to NL for a month and then I just keep renting. Landlord happy and so am I. No problem. 🙂
Hi Fontok60,
There are enough Hotel/Apartments for rent for about 10000 bath per month.
(Excluding water and electricity)
Check Cordial Apartments (at HuaHin bus station)
Have clean, spacious and tidy rooms. From there you have all the time and opportunity
to look for something in HuaHin. I myself rent a very neat house with 2 large bedrooms,
2 bathrooms, spacious living room and 50m2 that can serve as a kitchen. Everything
neatly plastered and tiled.
Price 6000 bats in Soy88, have everything at hand in terms of restaurants, bars, 7 Elevens, etc.
I think there are two more for rent, but they will be around your price range
10000 Bath but that is a matter of negotiation.
There is plenty of choice in HuaHin so would not act too quickly and hastily.
Success.
