Dear readers,

I stay in South-East Asia for about 3 months from the end of February, of which my home base was always Honey Hotel Sukhumvit road soi 19 in Bangkok. I always had a safe and storage room for my luggage during my tour. However, the hotel is now closing permanently from September 2017.

Does anyone know of an equivalent hotel or Guest House in terms of price and service not far away from metro and skytrain?

I thank everyone in advance for their willing cooperation.

Regards,

Marc

I think it would be useful to indicate what you paid so far.
If I had to be in Bangkok I would stay at Nana Hotel (Soi 4) but maybe that's too expensive for you. There I always paid 1490 Baht per day.

Fortuna Hotel, next to Foodland and opposite Gulliver in Sukhumvit Soi 5, the Best There Is, I've been coming there for 21 years, and I can't tell you anything negative.

No no, you have to be in Sukhumvit soi 11/1.

Ha, just found it here http://bangkok-inn.com/e/index.htm
but I can't find the hotel anywhere on booking.com. Doesn't matter too much, I've saved it for my next trip. Thank you!

By the way, their website says “Breakfast is available at your request for 65 Baht per person.”
