Dutch couple, 74 years old, looking for a condo of 48 m2 for rent in Viewtalay 5c, Jomtien, Pattaya side.
Period ± January/February-March 2023.
Please offer and/or suggestions.

Unfortunately no Pattaya side but a condo on the 4th floor available, building C close to the beach. Extremely quiet as the other side is completely uninhabited. Close to the elevator. Everything available.

16th Floor, Condo 656 (657 next door is also from this provider, but smaller balcony)
Pattaya side, unobstructed view. I also live.
Beach side of the building.
Double balcony (because next to space with electricity meters; so also
neighbors on one side).
Family of mine rented both condos there. Loved it.
If I remember correctly, with wifi.
