Rent a condo in Jomtien, but not tiny?
Dear readers,
I saw a reader question about renting in Pattaya yesterday. I also have a question about that but in Jomtien. Now there is plenty to rent, but almost only condos of 25 square meters. Sometimes a bedroom and kitchen are crammed into the 25 m2. And a tiny balcony where just 1 chair can stand. Then you have to live in a broom closet, right?
If you want something bigger, you will return to the category of old buildings with equally old condos. Mostly tired and an old elevator. Not really attractive. If I want to spend 13.000 – 15.00 baht per month, there must be something decent to rent, right?
Who has tips?
Regards,
Roel

Last month we rented a condo in Jomtien for 7000 bath excluding water and electricity

If you want the phone number let us know.Condo Laguna
Dear Roel,
Look at http://www.hipflat.co.th
A beautiful site with many condos in Pattaya, Jomtien and Wongamat.
Regards,
Bert
Just google in the price range you mentioned, there are hundreds of condos for rent of 50 square meters or more.
And not old or worn out but almost brand new.
I always look here:
https://www.thailand-property.com/condos-for-rent/chonburi/pattaya/jomtien/2-bedrooms?max_price=15000&min_sqm=68&max_sqm=71
we also rent out a fairly new 69m2 condo for 15000 baht per month, so that is still easy to find, although prices will also rise again with the gradual reopening of Thailand
Don't know Jomtien very well but know many other places in Thailand. And there I often see new shophouses for rent from 8.000 to 13.000 and usually in this price range. 3 floors, plenty of space for a shop downstairs, but yes you can also turn it into a living room and upstairs sometimes 4 bedrooms with spacious landings and various balconies, and parking in front and / or behind. Well this is different from the mentioned 25m2 or as often in Bangkok 30 m2. Maybe an idea for you or others if you don't want to live in a mini condo.
I also have a condo in Pattaya Jomtien separate bedroom, I think good enough for 2 people to stay, also not expensive to rent 6500 baht exclusive electronic ..
Studios jomtien close to the beach on an annual basis 10.000 Bath 38 m2.
One room apartment 15.000
62 M2
