Dear readers,
A friend of mine moved to Thailand 6 years ago. Had a good time, but now he wants to go back to Europe.
He has items of emotional value that he would like to send back to Europe. It concerns items with a volume of approximately 4 moving boxes, 100 kilos.
Does anyone have any tips on how to do this properly and safely? For example, companies that can arrange this.
For transport companies it is often too small an amount to be interesting.
All tips are welcome, thanks in advance.

Take a look at Asian Tigers. They transport shared loads by container, pack them themselves if necessary, do all the documents, are reliable and not too expensive. It is with a partial load in a container and therefore takes about 28 days.
check with the airlines…and compare the price….
KLM, Emirates, Lufthansa, Thai, EVA, …
DHL is also an option.
or even fly back and forth a few times with an empty suitcase.
I would ask a few Dutch (or Belgian) importers of foodstuffs or other matters.
A container is never so full that not a few moving boxes can still reach it. Maybe not all in one container, so..”on hold” at one of their suppliers…
Do they arrive somewhere in NL for a case of beer, bottle of wine or something like that.
Do take into account customs clearance = packing list + invoice with the value.
Could also go for free.
Or a cargo handler in Bangkok, e.g.:

100 kg just by post or DHL but these are expensive. Asking for a price in the post office you have no commitment is free
Simply send by registered mail in large boxes available at the post office. Simple and cheap.
Just by regular mail. I have sent ten boxes to NL. You can send 20 kg per box, so for your comrade that would be 5 boxes. It's also dirt cheap. My boxes arrived in perfect condition. You can also track the boxes via a trace and track system. I would take something very fragile with me on the plane. Greetings Coenraad
