On which site can I best search for an apartment in Bangkok (with elevator due to wheelchair) for 3 people 4 weeks early next year?

And I assume that the wheelchair user must be able to turn his ass in the bedroom?
There are many apartments on it http://www.airbnb.nl en http://www.wimdu.nl
Would like to send an email to the manager of the apartment in advance to ask if it is all wheelchair friendly. Not only the apartment but also the surroundings. ask for additional photos if necessary.
