Stamex Technology is a Dutch owned company based in Nakhon Ratchasima Thailand (founded in 2005, staff number 70, currently 5 Dutch).
Stamex produces machines and processes for the starch industry. The sales market is worldwide with an emphasis on South-East Asia and Europe. Stamex is a dynamic company that has grown in 10 years from a living room company to a renowned manufacturer of starch machines.
Due to the increasing number of projects, we are looking for a "process engineer". The process engineer has the following tasks:
- Preparing projects: engineering, project supervision, project archiving.
- Installation supervision on site.
- Start-up + commissioning of machines and projects on location.
- Operator training.
The person finds it challenging to work abroad.
- Age 30-50 years
- Education HBO "Process engineering" or related
- Affinity with technology and process engineering
- Experience in the (food) processing industry (preferably in the starch industry)
- Good in English (reading and writing)
- Good communication skills
- Good experience with computers: MS office, CAD, Solidworks
- Independent and problem solving
- Unattached: Willing to live abroad for a longer period of time
- Willing to travel a lot
- Willing to operate in “difficult” conditions (remote areas with primitive living conditions, etc..)
- Enterprising and open-minded.
