Reader submission: Interim score – Call – Collect English health insurance statements here!
Summary
I have 4 insurers within [DSW, Unive, ONVZ, ZK Achmea] out of 10 in NL. No health insurer meets all the requirements of Thailand. DSW does it best, is the only one to mention the requested keywords [Covid, inpatient, outpatient] with the requested amounts.
ZK Achmea fails the exam, not so much because of not mentioning the required keywords and amounts, as the only one with a bold disclaimer [section G]. ZK is also a champion with a large mix of words, so that the keywords that are mentioned can easily be overlooked. ONVZ excels at a concise statement.

Please submit more statements, see the overview of insurers that we are still missing:
1) Send a photo that is as sharp as possible or a digital scan of the statement and send it to [email protected].
2) Indicate the date on which you were awarded the CoE with this statement, with which visa and how long your stay was
3) If a CoE was refused as a result of the declaration, also send the declaration with the date of the refusal. I will make a separate section with rejected texts.

Dear Eddie.
Can really appreciate that you put so much work out to tender.
All I want to see is, as soon as someone has this statement in English, with the amounts ($100000) that the Thai Embassy requires.
For the Coe visa.
The personal data may be blackened.
I think a lot of people want to see that.
Hans van Mourik
Hans, have you looked at DSW's statement? That's what you're asking for!
Standings 24-9-2021: https://cutt.ly/OEgxxxy
Six insurers have now been fully processed.
Insurers with a CoE approval are: DSW, ASR, ONVZ and OHRA.
DSW is the only one with the requested keywords [Covid, inpatient, outpatient] with the requested amounts.
ASR, ONVZ and OHRA all have short statements, however OHRA refers to the policy, a short definition of what is reimbursed is missing.
Insurers with CoE rejection: Bewuzt VGZ and ZK Achmea.
ZK Achmea fails the exam, not so much because of not mentioning the required keywords and amounts, as the only one with a bold disclaimer [section G].
ZK is also a champion with a large mix of words, so that the keywords that are mentioned can easily be overlooked.
FBTO has exactly the same statement [with disclaimer] as ZK, not surprising since both are from Achmea.
Incomplete statements: VGZ, Unive [Reis].
I still miss the major insurance groups: Menzis, Eucare Aevitae, Zorg en Zekerheid and Eno Salland.
Sorry Eddy, but still don't see the statement I meant.
Either I'm blind or stupid.
Hans van Mourik
Hi Hans, ask someone close to you who knows how to use computers to open the link. You can view the spreadsheet better on a computer or tablet than on a phone. DSW is 2nd tab to the right of Summary tab
Do you mean this statement.
https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/u/2/d/e/2PACX-1vSg7c4N9x-8YLdqvEdUZ6e4kbX7MQJXs3TqMOvkjcmls7N7opdbY-Kyx0gCkxnzyxxsUOiAo81Pl3JX/pubhtml#
Which I don't mean.
Just like the statement I received from VGZ at the time, in English, but without amounts.
I'm waiting for that, from people who have already received it, but with amounts in English.,
Hans van Mourik
