Dear readers,

Every journey is a quest of sorts, although most travelers have only a vague idea of what they are looking for. We almost all leave home with, at best, a certain void that we unconsciously hope to fill with – what? It is a sense of incompleteness that makes us pull.

The good traveler is an inveterate detective, always poking his nose into other people's business. But you have to ask strange questions when you're actually trying to find out if you'd like the other person's life too.

One day you will find the ideal-seeming life, and you will stay in that place forever. The world is teeming with travelers who asked one question too many, got a satisfying answer to that question, and never returned home.

I must add that it is / was not always rose scent and moonshine for some.

  1. John Chiang Rai says up

On holiday everything seems more beautiful than at home in the familiar environment that often has nothing exciting left for many. Many become resentful of things they think they cannot find in other countries, forgetting that much of the world is actually ready to risk their lives to settle in Europe. Given this fact, it can't be as bad as many Immigrants like to put it, with me occasionally doubting whether this belief will still exist in a few years. It is only after a certain time, when the holiday feeling has long passed, that people look more and more behind the scenes of the newly chosen country. Even though many rose-tinted glasses continue to see it differently, you remain nothing but a guest without rights, who is obliged to report regularly, and if you live in the countryside, and you don't speak the language, your world becomes very small. I do not want to generalize, there will also be people who feel happy, or still want to believe this, only sometimes I have doubts whether this opinion really comes from the heart, and not as a defense for the mistake once made. Personally, I prefer to keep it on a fifty / fifty variant, so that I keep all rights and enjoy a holiday feeling every time.
