Following our posting of yesterday, September 30, about the statement of the SKGZ on the Statement of Insurance, this response from the SKGZ about my comment that, against my express wish, the statement was presented as “Binding”. Apparently the SKGZ overlooked this and acknowledged its mistake in the email below.

I will leave it at that for now and will keep the corrected verdict report, which will be sent, for quite some time. If anyone still wants to challenge this issue further, they can, if necessary, request that corrected copy from me via a call on Thailandblog, which I read daily.
