A bungalow on the beach

Those who regularly visit Thailand will marvel at the beautiful beaches and islands that Thailand has to offer. The total coastline is 3.219 km and much of it is well endowed with dazzling tropical beaches. In addition, Thailand has no less than 1.430 islands, a number of which are known, but also a large number of unknown and uninhabited islands.

In this new series we show special photos of beaches, beach houses and islands. The Thai names of the islands are usually preceded by the word Koh or Ko (Thai for island). The islands, but also the beaches are located in or on the Gulf of Thailand and the Andaman Sea and are characterized by unprecedented beauty.

Every day we look for appealing photos of islands, beaches and beach accommodations. It may happen that several photos of the same beach or island are posted. This has to do with the huge range and it is sometimes difficult to choose. In any case, we want to show why Thailand has such an enormous appeal to tourists worldwide. This is mainly due to the beautiful photos that have been taken and that you already enjoy when you look at them.

Have fun!

    In a word: beautiful

Maarrrrr I'm still in the dark boring days before Christmas in Ned.
    So I feel bullied?!

      aggg what has been bullied.

It's no different now because the whole world is locked. we now have to support ourselves with beautiful photos and beautiful stories that we read and not unimportantly with all the very beautiful memories. Even the memory of standing in the middle of a major intersection in the middle of Bangkok with all the exhaust fumes, the overcrowded train stations, and the many white stands with piss-hot water are just as precious now.
Really hope we can travel again next year. It is also impossible to explain this to your acquaintances / family if you have never been there.

    Dear editors,
Nice idea to once again start a new series of data with which the Thai bloggers are familiar. Hopefully enough details will be provided: so preferably a little more than Strandhuisjes aan zee.

For me actually an opportunity to ask the many readers if anyone is familiar with the island of Koh Chuck. I've read it somewhere in some travelogue, but can't place it anywhere. Probably uninhabited, otherwise it would be found in certain brochures.

Wondering if it would be known to you.

Greetings and enjoy those beautiful islands,
    Unclewin.

We have been there 11 times now and we would like to go back every year for island hopping, what a wonderful holiday country.
