Dear Martin,
I assume you are familiar with the ancient Thai Therapeutic Massage: Karsai. For the fellow readers who are unfamiliar with this therapy: It is a stimulating massage of the erogenous zone (for men the penis, perineum and testicles, not with the intention of climaxing (also widely available in Thailand at a very professional level ) but precisely by avoiding ejaculation to “convert” the sexual energy into “life energy” that would promote health and well-being.
I have some experience with this and such a “treatment” results in a “rejuvenating” experience for me. The technique is that sexual stimulation by the practitioner is, so to speak, "ignored" by the person undergoing the treatment (sublimated, to put it more scientifically), and then if (unfortunately) almost happened, it is ignored by the practitioner. literally "blocked".
Here comes the question: What is the risk if "too late" is stopped and a "retro-ejaculation" occurs. Specifically, I ask that question for a situation of UTI (urinal track infection).
Regards,
T.

Dear T,
You don't have to worry about an infection, unless the therapist has dirty hands.
Just be careful not to do it too often. Otherwise you will rejuvenate so much that he won't do it anymore.
Sincerely,
Dr. Maarten
