Dear Martin,
I am 66 years old and for some time now I have started to suffer from erection problems. I already went to a doctor for this and he prescribed me Cialis, first 5 mg and then 20 mg. It works but sometimes during the act my erection decreases and it takes a really long time to come.
Do you know what to do with that?

Dear P,
There can be several causes. Cardiovascular disease and diabetes, to name a few. Age also plays a role and smoking and/or alcohol.
Not much can be done about it. Enjoy the times when it works and don't worry when it doesn't.
If you're afraid it won't work, it certainly won't. Make sure you are relaxed before starting.
