In order to promote the Flemish and Dutch catering industry in Pattaya, Jomtien and Naklua, the editors would like to compile an up-to-date list of restaurants and bars where Dutch is spoken.
Below is a draft, but we need the help of our readers to see if the list is still up to date and possible additions. We are not interested in a review or rating, everyone has to judge that for themselves, but purely about the correctness of the list.
So if you come across something that is not correct, leave a comment and make us wiser.

Thanks, added!
Our mother also known as den herberg is behind tapprasit rd. Owner is giel. Sue's dutch snacks has just moved is now on jomtien beach rd. also on jomtien beach rd is Tulip hous van Mathieu. On rompo market is cafe Marketzicht On jomtien Soi 7 is Gerrit coffee + snacks.
Hasn't Ons Moeder been closed for years or has it (recently) reopened???
Our mother and the inn are 2 separate locations. Before the covid, Giel sold his business to a rather fat Dutchman who realized a thorough modern renovation. Unfortunately, this person passed away and after the covid the location was closed for a long time. In the meantime, Giel opened a restaurant again shortly next to what was now called Our Mother and therefore competed with the then (and in the meantime deceased) owner. Which of course was not appreciated. After the Covid it remained closed for a long time but has since reopened. I do not know who the owner is now. I only see a Thai lady. Let's not talk about the food. The quality of both the Herbergh and Our Mother is not to be recommended. Too bad. Both can be reached via the alley on Dongtan Beach Road diagonally opposite the (old) police station and via the aforementioned alley of Tappraya Road.
Joey place restaurant.
Owner Frank sitpholek.
Soi kap talo.
Many Dutch dishes.
Thanks for the addition.
New Flanders, Joey's place, Zottekot… there is still something missing
That's possible, but please provide some more information or is that too much to ask?
Little Flanders, soi Buakhaow
Tasty Bites Beach road Jomtien
Poseidon, Boys Town, Jomtien
It must be me, and my observance, but I have lived near the Thappraya/Thepprasit Road intersection for over 20 years. Unfortunately, I have never been able to find anything there that resembles the description of the restaurant “Lekkerbekje”. Not even something that remotely resembles it. So please more info about that!
Another addition: Frans Cafe (Thappraya Soi 5) and Snackbar Holland (Thappraya Soi 7), both fairly close to me, are completely unknown to me. Furthermore, the information about Ons Moeder in Jomtien is incorrect, but perhaps that has already been corrected.
Just opened on Jomtien Beachroad
