Dear P,

Lipanthyl (Fenofibrate) is available here. Fenofbrate GPO 160.
Replaced Asaflow with Aspent 81.

Lercanidipine could sometimes cause problems. Talk to your doctor about switching to, for example, amlodipine.
Coversyl the same. Ask if you can switch to lisinopril or ramipril.

Metformin is not a problem.

In any case, it is best to bring a large supply with you. Then you have time to find a doctor who can take over the checks.

Yours faithfully,

Dr. Maarten
