Dear Martin,
I am 63 years old and weigh 80 kg, blood pressure 120/74. I do not take any medication and have no underlying illnesses. I took an INR test for the first time and had an elevated PT value:
Coaggulatlon “mo (Protlirombln llm® / INF`) Nomal range
pTrm 1 3.8 sOc. (9.1-12.4)
0/. pT 103.0 (50 -150)
lNR 1.00
Should I start taking medication or change my diet and lifestyle?
Thank you for the answer.
Regards,
J.

Dear J,
If I read it correctly, there is nothing wrong, but that could also be due to all the abbreviations. INR 1.00 is perfectly normal.
A little weight loss never hurts.
Sincerely,
Dr. Maarten
