Dear Martin,
I have a lot of cramps in my feet and legs, especially when I stretch when I'm in bed and when I wake up, it can be so wonderful to stretch, but then the pain is enormous. It must be said that I suffer from vein spatter and I have had it removed 4 times in both legs, but they come back after a while. What can I do? I don't think operating back is an option, with all the burden this entails, learning to step back takes a lot of time.

Another question related to the prostate, I no longer have any problems with watering and still drip after, I have already read something here on the blog, but the medication scares me a bit because I have problems with my stomach. There are no really effective medicines for dripping afterwards. What does help are pelvic floor exercises: ww.jeroenboschziekenhuis.nl/ If the complaints become more serious, I advise you to visit a urologist.
Those varicose veins are of course very annoying. Modern treatments are Endovenous laser therapy (EVLT), Radiofrequency Ablation (RFA) and microfoam. This can be done on an outpatient basis and it is not necessary to use bandages and the like afterwards. Stripping actually still happens mainly in nightclubs.
No doubt they also do these treatments in Thailand. They won't be cheap.
