Dear Martin,
I was very often stuffy. For this I use the puffs several times a day. However, since the last few months I have been using the puffs more and more per day. And since 1½ to 2 months I don't see a chance to shower myself. Because then I'm short of breath. Now my girlfriend helps me shower.
Now my question is, I am now thinking about buying or renting an oxygen cylinder. But I have no idea how much oxygen I can or I can use?

Best A,
I think it's best that you see a cardiologist to rule out heart failure. If that is not the case, a pulmonologist may be able to arrange oxygen.
With kind regards,
Dr. Maarten
