Dear Martin,
I am a man, 67 years old, had a heart attack 6 years ago and now use four medicines. I weigh 100 kg, height 1,86 m do not smoke and do not drink.
I live in Pattaya and can buy my medicines at most pharmacies. Don't need a prescription for that. However, what they can't help me with is CarbasalateCalcium Cardio 100 mg, they don't know that.
What could be seen instead?

Dear G,
They only have carbasalate in a few European countries. The main ingredient is Aspirin. You can replace that with Aspent 81. That's Aspirin.
