Good information, you got it.
Unfortunately, Income statement only for Latvia, income statement not findable.
Can someone tell me whether you have to make an appointment for a Schengen visa at VFS global on this website or whether it is still possible to do this at the embassy on the embassy's website? Reaction and clarification from the Dutch embassy would be very welcome.
Nothing can be found via the Dutch site (yet??). In English yes:
https://www.netherlandsandyou.nl/travel-and-residence/visas-for-the-netherlands/applying-for-a-short-stay-schengen-visa/thailand

How can I make an appointment?
The applicant has the following options:
1.Make an appointment online with VFS Global.
2.Contact the VFS call center at +66 (02) 118 7003, from Monday until Friday between 8.30:12.00 AM – 13.00:16.00 PM and XNUMX:XNUMX PM – XNUMX:XNUMX PM hours, except for public holidays.
3.Make an appointment via our online appointment system to apply at the embassy in Bangkok.

I would go for option 3.
The website is not completely finished yet, for example, the statement that people usually get an appointment within 2 weeks is missing (must get, this is a rule from the Schengen Visa Code). Or what to do if you find a full calendar at VFS and the embassy (I would say email the embassy and explain that you cannot go in time and whether the embassy has a solution).
More tinkering is needed here and there: typing errors in the checklist, no mention at visa fees about free visa for applications for EU/EEA family member visa under Directive 2004/38, nothing about Oranje Loper concretely for Thailand, how and what about legalizing Accommodation / Guarantee form if you live in Thailand etc. Will also be a matter of getting used to, but I missed the old site for a while (even though it also had flaws). A reference to the IND website for brochures about the short stay visa and the like would also be nice.
Hopefully they will tinker a bit further at BuZa, all information will also be in Dutch for Dutch sponsors who want to assist their Thai (business) partner, relation, acquaintance, etc. in the visa process. I know that the VFS site is deliberately not in Dutch because the applicant is by definition a Thai or other foreigner, but that is still a limitation of the service level.
I will definitely write to the web manager of the new Ministry of Foreign Affairs site with feedback.
Thank you very much, I seem to have overlooked option 3

Bit strange “Information for Dutch nationals”. At the bottom of the page a link to, among other things, Dutch. But then you come to a general page, not specifically Thailand.
I mean by that https://www.netherlandsworldwide.nl/countries/thailand
Another case of thinking/thinking ahead. No more specific information about the Thai situation. So no more income statement to download. And where will the possibly new procedure for the Income Statement be found in due course? No one knows that.
You will now only need an income statement. Have you stayed nicely in the monkey? Tribute to BuZa!
Nice and efficient 1 site for all embassies around the world. Probably every Embassy will knit appendages to the uniform if they want to report specific info.
“Holiday” for this strong “improvement” of service!
For the time being I assume that this new website will be added to the website and the Facebook page of the Dutch embassy in Bangkok.
If not, it's a definite deterioration!
There is, via a detour, a Dutch version of the specifically Thai page
