The Dutch passport is one of the most valuable passports in the world. The Dutch can travel visa-free to 188 countries with the passport and is even one of the top 4 most powerful passports in the world. This is evident from the 2022 ranking of the UK-based company Henley & Partners.

The passports of Japan and Singapore lead the ranking and offer the possibility to visit 192 countries186 countries visa-free n without a visa. They are followed by the German passport (2ᵉ worldwide with 190 destinations) and the passports of South Korea, Finland, Italy, Luxembourg and Spain (3ᵉ worldwide). The least powerful passport is that of Afghanistan, which is at the bottom of the index.

Belgium in 6th place

The Belgian passport is also valuable and ranks sixth in the passport index. Belgians can travel visa-free to 186 countries. A Thai passport has clearly less value and ranks 65. Thais can travel to 79 countries without a visa.

Maybe that's why it's loved by criminals??
    Is there info about that?

The Dutch, but also the Belgian passport have always been popular with criminals. I myself have conducted investigations into passport counterfeiters in the past. Several times we received information that the perpetrator group was in Bangkok. It's a small world. Usually it was criminals from Pakistan and Afghanistan and the well-known motorbike gangs who had a big finger in this. As we know, the immigration police in Thailand are too busy collecting money and registering foreigners and as such man a good number of office gardens, then act interesting or annoying there and don't get around to investigating.

Again, my source is the source of the article above. My response was about the same content as the first part of Ronny's response below from 02:02.

I am curious about the difference between a Dutch passport and a Belgian passport.
I can't think of any reason why there is a difference.
    Which 2 countries are these?

      Mongolia and Pakistan.
Just look it up and you'll find it.

“Visa-free access destinations” is viewed quite broadly because the “Visa On Arrival” and “Electronic Travel Authority (ETA)” are also included in the “Visa-free access destinations” and which in itself is actually a kind of visa. is.

“The Henley Passport Index compares the visa-free access of 199 different passports to 227 travel destinations. If no visa is required, then a score with value = 1 is created for that passport. The same applies if you can obtain a visa on arrival, a visitor's permit, or an electronic travel authority (ETA) when entering the destination.

Where a visa is required, or where a passport holder has to obtain a government-approved electronic visa (e-Visa) before departure, a score with value = 0 is assigned. This also applies if you need pre-departure government approval for a visa on arrival

The total score for each passport is equal to the number of destinations for which no visa is required (value = 1).”

    Dear,

    https://www.passportindex.org/byRank.php

Personally, I prefer to compare on this website, which I believe is much clearer and convenient to use. It's strange that the ranking is slightly different here !!
    1/ United Arab Emirates (160)
    2/ Italy (157)
    3/ Germany / Sweden, Netherlands/ Finland (156)
    4/ Denmark / Austria / Luxembourg / France / Poland / Switzerland / South Korea / New Zealand (155)
    5/ Belgium / Spain / Portugal / Check Republic / Norway / Hungary / UK / Australia (154)

They talk about 198 possible countries. You can also go back in time and then you will notice that both Belgium and the Netherlands have always been very strong passports.
    Best regards,
    Andre
