On Thursday, December 15, a consular employee of the Dutch embassy will be in Phuket. On this occasion you can apply for a Dutch passport or identity card, have your life certificate signed and request a DigiD code.

You can register until Friday 9 December by sending an e-mail to [email protected], please include the following information in the email:

  1.  your full name and date of birth;
  2. which service you wish to use (passport/ID card, life certificate or DigiD);
  3. if you wish to apply for a passport, please indicate whether you already have a Dutch passport or not (passport details are not required).

You will then receive the time and location of your appointment along with any preparation instructions.
