The Dutch embassy is organizing the following activities in Isaan on Wednesday 6 September and Wednesday 20 September: Meet & Greet with Ambassador ZE Remco van Wijngaarden.
You are most welcome at the 'Meet & Greet' with Ambassador ZE Remco van Wijngaarden on September 6 in Udon Thani and on September 20 in Ubon Ratchathani. A member of staff from the consular department will also be present to answer questions. Depending on the turnout, the embassy will organize a lunch or a reception.

Consular Counter on Location: Apply for a passport, DigiD and sign a life certificate
Would you like to apply for a Dutch passport or identity card, have your life certificate signed and/or receive a DigiD activation code on Wednesday 6 September in Udon Thani or on Wednesday 20 September in Ubon Ratchathani? Then send an email to [email protected]. Please state your full passport name and date of birth in the email, indicate on which date and which consular service you want to use (passport, DigiD or life certificate). You will then receive the time and location of your appointment and any further instructions.
There is a maximum number of registrations for applying for a passport. So make sure you register on time!
Please note: You must register separately for the Meet & Greet and for the Consular Counter.
