Dutch passport is one of the most valuable in the world
You can be happy with your Dutch passport, this one is among the most valuable in the world. For example, you can travel to 122 countries without a visa and get a visa on arrival in 33 countries. The Dutch passport is therefore one of the most valuable travel documents in the world. This is evident from the Passport Index 2017.
Citizens of Singapore are even better off, they do not need to apply for a visa in advance in 159 countries. Germans can also be happy with their passport, it gives visa-free access to 158 countries. The least valuable is the passport of Afghanistan, which only gives visa-free access to 22 countries.
Visa-free travel
The number of countries to which you can travel visa-free varies every year. For holders of a Singaporean passport, the number of visa-free destinations has increased by 16 countries in the last two years. Singapore has passed the United States and the United Kingdom. Americans and Britons can now travel freely to 154 and 156 countries respectively.
Singapore itself is also very flexible for foreigners, as many as 163 nationalities are allowed to travel into the country without first applying for a visa
That is different with European countries. The Netherlands and other Schengen member states are much stricter. Visa-free travel to the Netherlands is only possible for passport holders in 93 countries. But it can be even stricter. Only passport holders from 43 countries can travel to the US visa-free, but they must first apply for an ESTA travel authorization online.
Dutch passport
The Dutch passport is a so-called biometric passport. A wafer-thin RFID chip contains, among other things, all the data shown on the holder's page, supplemented with additional (non-visible) data.
Anyone with Dutch nationality can apply for a passport at the municipality or the public body of his or her place of residence or at the Civil Registry Office. Dutch nationals living outside the Kingdom of the Netherlands can apply for a passport at a Dutch embassy or at the municipalities of The Hague, Haarlemmermeer (desk at Schiphol) or in one of the following border municipalities: Bergen op Zoom, Bergeijk, Echt-Susteren, Enschede, Maastricht, Montferland, Oldambt, Venlo, Breda and Sluis.
Persons under the age of 18 require permission from their authority holder(s) or alternative permission from the court.

Pffffttt … .. then we would beat the southern neighbors to the Dutch according to this other list … .. (this is subject to change because the list is from 2016 …)
Belgians can travel the world with little effort. This is evident from a ranking by consulting company Henley & Partners. According to that list, our passport gives access to 174 countries.
The most mobile are the Germans. With a German passport in your pocket, you can enter 177 of the 218 countries without a visa. In 2014 and 2015, a US passport was the best in the world. This year it falls from the podium and has to share fourth place with Belgium, Denmark and the Netherlands, whose citizens can visit 174 countries with their passport.
Sweden is in second place. A Swedish passport guarantees visa-free entry to 176 countries. The British, Finns, French, Italians and Spaniards are allowed to enter 175 countries without further hassle. Japan and South Korea are in fifth and sixth place respectively. Most restricted to travel are residents of Afghanistan, through Pakistan, Iraq, Somalia and Syria. These have the “worst” passports, according to Henley & Partners.
