Council of State ruling on loss of Dutch nationality
The country coordinator of the GOED Foundation, Bert Hermanussen, informed us that the Council of State has issued a ruling regarding 6 people who, according to the minister, lost their Dutch citizenship “by law” (automatically) because of the 10-year clock.
The ruling of the Council of State, which you can read at http://bit.ly/37hBwcc can also be important for other ex-Dutch people. The GOED Foundation does not know whether there are interested parties living in Thailand.
If you have any questions, please contact Bert Hermanussen at [email protected].
