My experience with Siam Legal.

Since my 90-day visa was about to expire in 4 weeks, I thought it would be easy to do it through Siam Legal. On January 26, 2022, I completed and sent the contact form via their website. Has also been received by their witness their answer e-mail that they would contact me after 3 working days at the latest.

Called again on February 3. The first time I indicated via an answering machine that I want to be called back. The machine's response was that there was no more room for new messages.

Called again and now transferred to the operator. A polite lady by the way. She indicated that the person in charge is now at immigration but that she would call me back at about 15/16 pm. Obviously heard nothing more.

In the end, I went to immigration myself. But it is clear who I no longer call or contact for this and my other legal matters that I still have to settle. How is your experience with this company?

It always comes down to the same thing, if you have good experiences with their services then you are satisfied. Just because you don't get an immediate answer in your case doesn't mean this is a bad company.
As a fervent Thai resident, I know all too well that sometimes you have to be a little more patient than usual.

If you no longer want to continue with them, then our experiences are no longer important. But your decision is understandable.

You will not hear the people who were properly helped here, the others will magnify their complaints.

My experiences with Siam Legal are very positive.

They helped me quickly, professionally and competently when I needed a bank account quickly and they also provided excellent legal advice in an ongoing case.

Also very easily accessible by phone, email and even WhatsApp. I have not yet experienced that I had to wait longer than an hour (within opening hours of course) for a response.

I have used their services once and must say very professional.

Everyone knows that it can be very busy at immigration. You should have some understanding that the person cannot answer you immediately. Why you tell us that 'of course' they haven't been heard from anymore I think is a bit disproportionate. They don't do this intentionally.

Good experiences with Siam Legal Phuket when buying a condo: due diligence, contract review and Land Office registration.

Used their services last year. Normally I apply for a nun imm O every year in NL on the basis of marriage. Easier for me because it is always busy at Chaeng Watthana and we still regularly visit the family in HatYai and then easily make a border run. Due to corona, the border run was / is not possible, so the visa left on 3 mssnden. My wife is a bit unsure in this area and so enlisted their help. In hindsight good because I had entered TH on non imm O on the basis of marriage and wanted to extend on the basis of retirement. Less hassle and papers. Great help.

Why good in hindsight? Doesn't matter at all.
The fact that you have applied for and obtained the Non-immigrant O on the basis of Thai Marriage does not exclude you from subsequently requesting the annual extension on the basis of Retirement. And the other way around is also the case. As long as you are officially married and your marriage is registered in Thailand.

Officially married in NL but not registered in TH.
That is why more had to be arranged.

Yes, there may well be other matters that need to be arranged, but registering your marriage in Thailand has nothing to do with your annual extension as a Retired. You can apply separately.
