Reporter: WM

I received the following email regarding TM30 forms:

Dear…..,

Just wanted to let you know, that we rolled out a massive update this week, which allows to register your residence (hotel/apartment/villa) directly with the Immigration Bureau in 1 minute. This will allow you to immediately start submitting TM30 forms for your guests.

Basically, you won't need to have a username/password from the Immigration Bureau to use our services – we will create them for you.

To start, please log into your webpanel https://tm30.io) with your email address (…………t@…………), and the system will guide you through.

If you have any questions, please write or call me.

Sincerely,
Arkady Kulev

Two days later I received guests and I tested whether this worked well. I can say nothing but excellent. Upload the guest's passports and you're done. Confirmation of receipt a day later (it was the weekend) and you can use the same login code to check whether it has been approved.

So no more going to the immigration office for registration. Excellent service.

It is an intermediary such as a Visa office that provides a service.

“This website is not the official website of the Immigration Bureau or the Royal Police. We provide a commercial service which submits TM30 forms automatically on your behalf, making the process much easier.”

Free until February 1. Afterwards 500-2000 Baht depending on the number of reports. Perhaps inform your guests if they agree with this. Finally, you send a photo of their passport with personal data to someone you don't know what else they can do with it.

Finally, do not ask immigration for all those data that is on the passport with that TM30 report. You could also only send the data that immigration requests. Well, everyone has to decide this for themselves.

Note: “Reactions are very welcome on the subject, but limit yourself here to the subject of this “TB Immigration Infobrief. Never start! Surely you are not going to send privacy-sensitive information such as passport data to someone just like that. Given that they do it for free, I wouldn't be surprised if it's just for the passport details. Makes a lot of money if you offer that information for sale on the Dark Web. Be warned you are playing with fire…..

      As Peter says, never do!
You can easily do it yourself via the immigration website. Download the app on your mobile, the app is called ” Section38″ There you can register and then fill in the guest data. Been doing it this way for years and no problem. Take a screenshot of the approval and send it to the guests. Few minutes of work and guests have the necessary data that immigration requires.
