Here is a filled in TDAC. Lay out is sometimes a bit different because I had to reduce it, but the info in it is the same.
There's nothing more I can do.
Someone said “There are also those who cannot handle the telephone and/or internet”
Well, I can't help them here either.

My mistake, apologies. It should now be visible to everyone.
Sorry, your photos(?) are not printing for me. I don't see anything.
Mr RonnieLatYa, a very clear example-help. Very good. Excellent.
Now no one needs to ask questions about TDAC anymore.
Yes William,
When you enter as a tourist, 60 days, you do not need a visa number.
What do you fill in there?
Or leave it open?
You can't fill in what you don't have... didn't you have to do that in the past with the TM6?
And for those who come with a re-entry. You can fill in that number of your re-entry there.
You only thought so William….. 😉
Thanks for the tip.
I just went through it and filled it out. (not sent)
It looks pretty easy
Good to have seen it.
Your screenshots are not visible to me (completely blue screen)
Maybe the format is not correct for the website.?
Hi, First of all thanks for your many contributions. Always read it with interest. Unfortunately your example of a filled in form is not visible. Blue empty fields with only the heading above. In the upper left corner of the blue field a symbol/icon of a small picture. Clicking on that does not give any reaction. So I think something in the picture atmosphere is not converted properly. Kind regards, Wibar
This morning at coffee it still doesn't work, but now afternoon the screens come through fine. In Chrome.
By the way, the TDAC is certainly 10 times more user-friendly than the old TM6 card. That was always a drama to fill in on those small fields of the card and also raised many questions. Many people in the plane did not have a pen with them, in short a lot of hassle. This is really an improvement. I do not understand the panic of some people…
Well, I understand that panic. There are still (relatively many) people, often elderly, who know little or nothing about smartphones and the internet. For these people, this change is an extra concern.
In themselves, these developments are easier to use and inevitable. But when you are a bit older and have no 'feeling' for these kinds of things, you become increasingly dependent on others. And this last is not a pleasant experience in today's society of me, me, me and once more me, then nothing for a while and finally possibly the fellow human being.
So panic may be a bit exaggerated, but it does cause some of us extra concern.

As if no one can fill that in for them… family, friends, neighbors, travel agency, or whatever.
Or are they all loners who have no one and that's why they move to Thailand?
They also seek this help for their journey, their stay and possibly a visa.
I also wonder how they would ever get to Thailand and rent something there.
I do agree that it can be earlier than 3 days. All those digital bits would then suddenly be able to arrange that when they plan their trip/stay at their travel agency and then they can arrange that suddenly too.
And I hope you're not saying now, what if someone else has already helped them arrange their ticket or stay online...
I also looked at it and filled it in. It all went exactly as Ronnie depicted and described it. (in Chrome).
Great Ronnie, well done! And thanks.
SiamTon.
Ronnie, thank you… you are a hero for always helping everyone.
Grateful regards, Mike.
My country of residence is Thailand with a LTR visa.
I can't find Thailand in the list of countries of residence. Should I fill in the form 'wrong'?
No, I have already stated several times that Thailand will appear on the list when it officially comes into effect….
“Long-term or permanent foreign residents in Thailand are advised to select “Thailand” under “Country of Residence,” which will be available once the system is activated.”

Dear Ronny, I don't understand what happens after everything is filled in, so after AGREE and SUBMIT. My situation is as follows: my Thai wife and I go to Tokyo/Osaka every now and then. Her sister is married to a Frenchman who works for Siemens in Tokyo.
From 2 weeks in advance, you fill out a questionnaire online at Visit Japan Web. It is a bit like the Thai DTAC. The data is saved. You log in with your passport number, and you change the dates, place of stay, etc. for each trip there. After everything is completed and saved, you will receive a QR code immediately. Then apply for the customs exemption, and everything is done.
The QR code will then appear in your JapanVisit Web app.
Now my question: is this also the case with the DTAC? Or do I have to fill in the DTAC 3 days in advance and then print it out, e.g. via the hotel reception?
You can complete the DTAC from three days before your arrival date in Thailand.
In principle you will receive an immediate response with a QR code on your email.
Either you keep that on your phone or you actually ask the reception if they want to print it,
It doesn't matter at all where you are at the time of application or what other countries have as rules at that time.
Good info. Thanks.
Small question… my wife has 2 passports. When she travels to Thailand, then:
With Ned: Please fill in TDAC.
With Thai: Do not fill in TDAC.
Is that right?
I only have a Dutch passport, so for me it's simple.
If she comes in as Thai, no, and if she comes in as Dutch, yes.
WHO SUBMIT?
All foreigners entering Thailand are required to submit the Thailand Digital Arrival Card before their arrival, except for:
– Foreigners transiting or transferring in Thailand without going through immigration control.
– Foreigners entering Thailand using a Border Pass.
https://tdac.immigration.go.th/manual/en/index.html
took the test and passed but got a response from DTAC that “Dear Visitor,
Thank you for your submission of Thailand Digital Arrival Card on 2025/04/14 14:02 (GMT+7). A copy of your declaration details is appended for reference.
DO NOTE THAT
The making of false or misleading travel declaration is an offense under Thailand law.
If you wish to make any change in your Thailand Digital Arrival Card prior to your arrival in Thailand, please submit an updated Arrival Card via this link with your Thailand Digital Arrival Card No.”
ok it was just a test since it is not mandatory until May 1st and try to email them back and get this: Your message was not delivered to [email protected] because the domain tdacservices.immigration.go.th cannot be found. Check it for typos or unnecessary spaces and try again. well now let's hope that the thousands who take the test do not end up on a blacklist just to be clear I filled in true details both place of residence and reason except date
“Your message was not delivered to [email protected] because the domain tdacservices.immigration.go.th cannot be found.”
What do you think “noreply” means in that email address?
I don't know if you are registered now and can request a new one as long as this one has not been used.
If I understand correctly, the TDAC replaces the TM6 card.
but I have never filled out a TM6 card before.
I have entered Thailand several times, with a visa exemption, with a tourist visa, with a NON-O visa for 3 months and also with a NON-OA for 1 year.
I understand that everyone, including me, has to fill in a TDAC, but the TM6 card is completely unknown to me.
Anyone who entered Thailand before 2022 was required to complete the ArrivalDeparture card.
Was awarded on the plane.
That card is a TM6
