New opening hours Thai Consulate Amsterdam, 10:00-14:00 hrs.

Submitted by Geert

Today, 16-10-2019, to Amsterdam to apply for a 60-day visa. Go by train from Groningen, can only travel after 09:00, and you will be at the consulate on time. Today it became exciting because once at the station a malfunction between Assen and Zwolle, overhead line broken. Then to Leeuwarden. Unfortunately no train to Leeuwarden either, maintenance for a few days, then with replacement transport, bus, to Leeuwarden. Managed to catch the 10:17 train. No further delay, was at the consulate at 12:50 pm.

Handed in everything, tell him what happened, he says and points me to an A4 that has new opening hours since 15-10-2019. It is now open 10am to 00pm, was 14pm. Next time I don't have to rush to get to 00:13.

    Hi

For what it's worth. I went there today, for a tourist visa application. Because the website is under maintenance, I was unable to download the form from the site. However, the form from The Hague Embassy. Just call, no problem, I could also fill in there, and they would help me. So I had already completed that Den Haaf form at home. Just copy it there, and hoppa, I thought...

I been by. No problem, the Thai lady told me. The Hague form okay. Nice man, point out a forgotten signature .... and yes: hoppa! Of which note and tribute!

Now I can complain, but the consulate in Amsterdam has always helped me very well, and if you are satisfied, you should avoid that too, I think. Hereby. Act and tribute!

I hope the new site is up and running soon. That then again… 🙂

I recently visited the consulate in Amsterdam.
Also with papers from The Hague.
    No problem.
    I received excellent help there.
I had a little problem with some bank statements.
On their instructions I was able to solve that a few hundred meters away at the Abn Amrobank.
Papers submitted and now in possession of a Non immigration Visa O for 3 months.
Thank you for the good service at the Thai Consulate.
