Pim's Diary

Mayonnaise should not be baked and hachee turned out to be a bit too difficult. Then whip cream. Pim Hoonhout gives his neighbor cooking lessons. And in the meantime he makes short work of the Rat family.

Mayonnaise should not be baked

A good friend who plays the chef in his restaurant has ended up with his butt in a wok with hot oil. Of course I am partly guilty, I should not have given him a beer. Little did I know that the man could no longer move his legs normally after 1 bottle of Chang. Now the customers had no food. The family sent me home. Feeling guilty, I left and gave him the type given to put a plaster on the wound.

A nice family, consisting of Mae and Pappa, two brothers with their wife, a lovely daughter and a little son. A few weeks ago they started a restaurant on the corner of my house. The son is a big fan of mine; every now and then I lecture him.

To make their business big in the area, I'm trying to teach them European cooking as well. But that's easier said than done. They now know what kind of glass beer should be served in, but the cook probably can't remember that you shouldn't bake mayonnaise after my beer glass lesson.

There is progress. The volume of the music has been reduced to background music. They have taken over a beautiful aquarium from me with beautiful fish, a surprising background and atmospheric lighting. The lighting was perhaps a bit too much. When switching on, it turned out that you cannot do without candles.

Big brother is going to do something about it today. On my advice, he doesn't stick a nail in the socket to try and see if it has power.

Rats

Something was wrong at home. I heard rumbling above the ceiling. Rats. Pa rat had apparently died before. A corpse smell had been testing my nostrils all day. The Rat family was probably attracted by the eggs of the Mus family, so that they could later take possession of my house as a squatter. I had one rat, which had fallen through the plasterboard ceiling, by the balls. The cremation of the Rat family has already taken place. I did not see any of their friends or acquaintances at this ceremony.

A goldfish having a coughing fit

Finally rest was my plan. But I went wrong again to make a plan. My girlfriend woke me up because a goldfish had a coughing fit. I helped him get rid of his coughing fit by baking him.

When the sun rose, the house sparrows went on a rampage again. Today I plan to make it a crazy Tuesday. I'm going to teach my friend the cook how to whip cream. Hachee was a bit too difficult for him.

Beautiful stories Pim and always an unexpected end of the various families that populate / populate your house. Keep on going to say it in good Dutch.

I just started eating goldfish myself after reading your recipe. I was actually more looking forward to baking Thai herring special!

    Nice diary Pam!
